What a journey it's been! I first met Lewis when I was at the largest and least fit I've ever been. 6 months later, I've lost nearly 3 stone, am pretty much the strongest I've ever been (so far!), and can consistently deadlift 80kg. I didn't in a million years think I would come this far and it's all thanks to Lewis. The sessions we do are varied and challenging, they're pitched at just the right level for my fitness and designed to help me progress. I'm never bored and there's always something new to learn. He never lets me give up but also he knows when I need a bit of help. I can genuinely say that he has changed my life and I never thought I'd say this but I really enjoy exercising now! I can highly recommend Lewis for whatever stage of the fitness journey you are on.
