MY STORY

I have always been passionate about sports and have been physically active from a young age; taking part in activities such as karate, football, and athletics. This early exposure to a variety of sports has instilled in me a deep love for physical activity and competition. In addition to my personal involvement in sports, I also have experience in coaching football. This is where I found my passion for fitness and helping others to improve their fitness ability.

My background in both playing and coaching sports, has shaped me into a dedicated and knowledgeable individual in the world of athletics.

As a fitness coach, I always strive to make sessions as personalised as possible helping to meet your SMART goals. During the initial consultation, I like to spend time getting to know my clients strengths and weaknesses in order to devise a fitness plan that is realistic but also progressive with the element of challenge.

I am a coach always striving to achieve the best for my clients and I believe in a holistic approach to fitness,; combing physical training, proper nutrition and mental well being to create sustainable, long lasting results.

My Coaching Services

Group Training

This approach is similar to face to face but in a group format (max 4). Offering a personalised guidance to the clients needs a goals.

Face to Face Personal Training

This approach allows for real-time feedback, personalised guidance, and hands-on instruction tailored to the individual’s fitness goals and abilities.

Online Coaching

Online personal training involves fitness coaching and guidance provided remotely through digital platforms such as websites, apps, video calls, and messaging services. Clients receive personalized workout programs, nutrition plans, and support from my self without the need for in-person meetings.
